Returns

As Baldiz is a handcrafted product, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your new item(s). You must notify us of any damage within 5 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, stop—do not discard the box or packaging. We require clear photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box to process a replacement or claim. If we cannot replace the item, a refund will be issued.

For undamaged items, we offer exchanges or store credit if unused and in the same condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Custom items (e.g., initials or embroidery) are final sale unless defective.

Pre-order and made-to-order items are also final sale unless faulty.

Sale items are final purchase.
