Refund policy

Returns

As Baldiz is a handcrafted product we want to make sure you are satisfied with your new item(s). Refunds are granted within 10 days for damaged or defective items if we are unable to provide you with a replacement. For undamaged items we will exchange your item for anything on our website or can issue you a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you receive your item and you are dissatisfied for any reason, that can be easily fixed or exchanged for another product on the website.

Custom and Personalized Items
All custom orders, including items with initials, custom embroidery, or other personalized details, are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and are also considered final sale. Because these pieces are made on demand to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. We kindly ask that you review all pre-order details carefully before placing your order.

Sale items
All sale items are final purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping back your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
